Ingredients

    1 and a 1/2 cups powdered sugar
    2 egg whites
    2/3 cup cocoa powder
    1/3 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Tips

The original recipe also included mini marshmallows added with the chocolate chips or sprinkled on top of the cookies. You can include them for an additional 7 or 8 calories and a few more carbs.


Directions

Using an electric whisk, beat together the first 3 ingredients until well mixed (don’t whisk for too long, you’re not aiming for a fluffy batter) Stir in the chocolate chips. Chill the dough while you preheat your oven to 350 F. Scoop heaped tablespoons of dough onto a cookie sheet lined with silpat (or lightly greased parchment paper) leaving plenty of space between them.
Bake for 7-8 minutes until puffy and crinkled.
