Ingredients

    1 lb beef cubes/stew meat
    1 large sweet potatoes cut into cubes
    1 TBL allspice
    1TBL chinese 5 spice (components listed out in recipe if you want to make your own
    2 tsp hot sauce/tabasco
    2 C cubed/chopped onion

Directions

Combine spices and hot sauce, rub over meat and place meat into bag and into the fridge for 10 minutes. Peel and cube sweet potato. Bring small saucepan of water to boil and cook potatoes until fork tender. Soak wooden skewers in water to prevent burning. Thread potatoe, onions and meat onto skewer. Cook on grill to preferred doneness.
