Ingredients

    Shrimp, raw, 16 oz
    Shallots, 1/2 cup chopped
    Oregano, 1/4 cup, fresh, chopped
    Tomato, cherry , 1 cup, cut in half
    Cucumber (peeled), 1 cup, pared, chopped
    Avocados, Florida, 2 fruit without skin and seeds diced
    White Balsamic Vinegar, 1/3 cup
    Olive Oil, 0.25 cup
    Sea salt to taste
    Pepper to taste

Directions

Brush shrimp with some of the oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Preheat grill over medium heat. Cook 2 minutes per side. Set aside.

In large bowl, combine remainder (except sea salt) of ingredients with grilled shrimp. Mix carefully. Sprinkle on sea salt. Serve room temp or chilled.

Serving Size: 1/6 of entire dish
