    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)(remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 small (5-1/2" long)(remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove(remove)
    Soup, bouillon cubes and granules, low sodium, dry, 2 teaspoon(remove)
    Cheez Whiz, 2 tbsp(remove)
    Milk, 2%, .5 cup(remove)
    Cheez Whiz, 2 tbsp(remove)
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp(remove)

Tips

I enjoyed the taste and thickness of the soup...Oh I also added a pinch of salt while cooking....


Directions

start with veg cube add broccoli shredded carrot, celery,garlic,onion.
cook til soft
add milk, cheese and let melt... put in blender asnd than indv cups for serving.
I added 1 tbl of flax meal per cup to thicken soup..
