Introduction

This is his newer recipe. It excludes the ginger and adds 1/2 bunch of mint, but my store did not have any. So that is left out of this recipe. This is his newer recipe. It excludes the ginger and adds 1/2 bunch of mint, but my store did not have any. So that is left out of this recipe.

Ingredients

    2 cups spinach (67g)
    1/2 cucumber (118g)
    1/4 head of celery (153g)
    1/2 bunch parsley (64g)
1 bunch mint (omitted due to no availability)
    3 carrots (190g)
    2 apples (288g)
    1/4 orange (34g)
    1/4 lime (1-2 TB)
    1/4 lemon (1-2 TB)
    1/4 pineapple (204g)

Tips

Extra juice from the lemon and lime might make it more liquid. Ours was very thick with just 1 TB.

Directions

Chop up all ingredients and blend in blender. It is quite a bit of chopping, but you can save it in the fridge for a few days without any vitamin loss.
