Introduction

Ingredients

    1.5 cup flour
    1 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    .5 teaspoon salt
    3 medium ripe banana
    1 egg
    1/3 cup oil
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

In large bowl, mix all dry ingredients. In another bowl, mash the bananas and mix in egg, oil, and vanilla. Mix well, then add dry ingredients. Stir until well moistened.

Fill 12 paper-lined cups, about 3/4 full.

Bake at 375 for 18-22 minutes.
