Ingredients

    7 pieces of chicken (5-6oz each)
    2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
    2 cups of chicken broth
    4 cups (bags) of brown rice
    Season to taste

Tips

For less rice, you may use 3 cups (bags) of rice. Also, you may use the Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup by Campbell's.


Directions

In a crockpot, combine chicken, cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth. Cook on low for approx. 6 hours. Then add the rice and continue to cook on low for another hour.

Serving Size: Serves 7 with 1 piece of chicken and and just over 1 cup of rice/soup.
