Introduction

This is a great breakfast or dessert recipe on a juice fast! This is a great breakfast or dessert recipe on a juice fast!

Ingredients

    1 Pineapple, peeled
    2 Granny Smith Apples
    1 bunch of Fresh Mint
    1 Lime, peeled
    2 Tbls, Coconut Manna

Tips

-Refrigerate the fruit so that it is really cold!
-If you're not on a juice fast, you can add rum and ice to this for a really fresh Pina Colada!
-Coconut Manna is ground up whole coconut with added coconut oil. If you don't have it, add coconut oil and coconut water/milk.


Directions

Peel the pineapple and lime.
Cut all fruit so that it will fit in a juicer.
Juice the pineapple, apples, mint and lime.
Pour juice into a blender and add coconut manna.
Blend and enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 2, 16oz glasses
