Ingredients

    1 beaten egg
    1 1/2 cups oatmeal
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup of skim milk
    1/4 olive oil
    1/4 cup whole almonds
    1/4 cup raisins
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp cinnamon

Tips

Top w/ fresh sliced bananas & berries!! Don't forget to add the extra calories the fruit will add!!! Enjoy!!!


Directions

Pre heat oven to 350. Mix everything together in a large bowl. Pour into a sprayed 8x8 pan & Bake for 25 min.
