Ingredients

1 container of non-fat berry greek yogurt
1/4 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 cup diced mangoes
1/2 cup of water (if desired for a thinner consistency)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Dash of cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp juiced lime or lemon
Directions
Add all ingredients, except cayenne and blend. Add a dash of cayenne to taste.
If you like more sweetness you can add a zero calorie sweetener to taste.
