Ingredients

    6 - Roasted,peeledand Chopped green chlies - (Can substitute canned chopped grn Chile)**I prefer Hot green chile**

    1 can - Campbell’s Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free

    1/2 cup water.

    1/3 tsp. garlic powder

    4 - Corn Tortillas

    1 cup - Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, shredded

    1 can - Refried Beans - Fat Free,

    1 cup - *Egg Beaters Southwestern style.

Directions

In a small sauce pan Combine a can of Campbell’s Cream of Chicken Soup, Green Chile,Garlic Powder & water stir and Heat evenly until boiling reduce heat to warm.

pour Egg Beaters into a microwave-safe bowl. Cover and cook at high for 1 minute. Stir. Cook 1/2 to 1 minute more until set but slightly moist.

Heat can of Refried Beans

Heat corn tortillas on open flame or skillet

On 4 Serving plates - Place 1 corn tortilla each.
Equally spoon on eggs on top of each corn tortilla.
Smother each serving with green Chile sauce.
Place a scoop of refried beans on side of corn tortilla stack.

Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese on each serving.

    Very Good
    This recipe was really tasty. I used regular cream of chicken soup instead of the reduced fat one (all I had in kitchen at time), but it was good. I added a few jalepeno slices as well to add a lil kick. I wil absolutely make this again. - 4/1/08
