    A fast, healthier alternative to traditional Mac n' Cheese.

    16 oz. Elbow Macaroni
    8 oz. 2% Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    3/4 cup 1% Milk
    8 oz. 2% Cottage Cheese (small curd)
    1 egg white
    Salt and Pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Boil water and cook pasta one minute less than package instructs
Drain pasta
Mix in both cheeses, milk, egg white and salt and pepper.
Spray casserole dish with cooking spray and add pasta.
Bake 30-35 minutes until slightly brown on top.
