Organic beef bones with veggies Organic beef bones with veggies
Number of Servings: 8

    16 cups water
    2-3 soup bones
    approx. 30ounces of beef
    2cups organic green beans
    2cups organic cauliflower
    2cups butternut squash
    2cups peeled red potatos
    1cup diced organic onion
    3+garlic cloves, diced or halved

    Mild miso
lacto-fermented red cabbage (I use Ruby Kraut)

Make sure after you boil the soup bones, you remove them from the pot and get all the marrow out to add back into your soup (this will help heal leaky gut issues)

Boil soup bones, organic beef cut with a bone in, and water for 2-3 hours. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add vegetables and cont. simmer/boil for 20-30 minutes (can boil onions longer, but squash less).

Add 2tsp miso to the individual 2 cup serving. When soup has cooled a bit add the lacto fermented red cabbage (Ruby krout)

Serving Size: Makes 8 2-cup servings

Number of Servings: 8
