    16 cups water
    2-3 soup bones
    approx. 30ounces of beef
    2cups organic green beans
    2cups organic cauliflower

Tips

Make sure after you boil the soup bones, you remove them from the pot and get all the marrow out to add back into your soup (this will help heal leaky gut issues)

Directions

Boil soup bones, organic beef cut with a bone in, and water for 2-3 hours. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add vegetables and cont. simmer/boil for 20-30 minutes (can boil onions longer, but squash less).
