Ingredients

    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup cocoa
    1/2 +2 tbsp erythritol sweetener or other sugar free sweetener equal to 1/2 c sugar
    1/2 cup coconut flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    8 eggs
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1 bar 2.5 oz Ghiradelli midnight chocolate bar (86%)
    1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts

Directions

Melt butter, set aside. Combine cocoa, erythritol, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt in large bowl. Add eggs to butter one at a time, stirring after each addition. Add vanilla to egg mixture and stir. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet, stir well. Chop chocolate bar into chunks, add to mixture. Add hazelnuts, stir well. Bake at 350 about 25 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
