Introduction

This is a low fat, low calorie alternative to the original Kellogg's All-Bran muffin recipe! This is a low fat, low calorie alternative to the original Kellogg's All-Bran muffin recipe!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    2 tbsp splenda
    1 tbsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp sea salt
    2 cups All-Bran cereal
    1 1/4 cup skim milk
    2 egg whites
    2 tbsp vegetable oil
    vegetable cooking spray

Directions

Mix flour, splenda, baking powder and salt. Set aside. In large bowl, combine cereal and milk. Let stand for about 5 minutes or until cereal softens. Add egg and oil. Add flour mixture , stirring only until combined. Portion batter evenly into twelve 2.5 in muffin cups coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
