Number of Servings: 12


    1 Cup Warm Water
    2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
    1 Tbsp Dry Milk
    3 Cups Flour (White, Wheat, Choice)
    1-1/4 tsp Bread Machine Yeast


Add water and butter to Bread Machine Pan

Add remaining dry ingredients, except yeast.

Make a crater on top of flours to keep the yeast dry, add yeast.

Place pan in Bread-maker

Select Basic Setting

Select Crust Color

Start. Go do something for 3 hours... :)

When complete, remove pan from Bread-maker, let cool for 5 - 10 minutes. Remove bread from pan and cool completely on wire rack.

Slice and Enjoy.

Serving Size: Makes 1 loaf, approx 12 slices

    Is this all purpose flour? Because self-rising would have more sodium right? - 6/7/16
