I generally use Basa as it works so well in this recipe, but any mild flavoured white fish will do. This is adapted from a Weight Watchers recipe. Ingredients

4 large Basa fillets (approx.1 kg)
    1/4 c Hellman's 1/2 fat mayo
    2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
    1/2 c. panko breadcrumbs
    1 1/2 tbsp melted butter

Tips

Do not try to use any type of butter substitute, only real butter will work in this recipe and achieve the proper result.

Directions

Spray 11 x 13 pyrex pan and line with fillets. Combine mayo, lime juice, onion powder and pepper and spread evenly over fish. Layer breadcrumbs evenly on top. Drizzle melted butter even over all.
Bake in pre-heated 425 degree oven for 20 minutes or until fish is cooked and flakes easily with a fork.
