Ingredients

Brocolli florets 5 cups (fresh or frozen)
Flank Steak 1.5 lbs
Hoisin Sauce 6 tbsp
Juice of 1 lime
Thai Chili Sauce 1 tbsp
Cornstarch, 2 tsp
Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large thinly sliced
Onions, raw, 1 medium thinly sliced
Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup sliced
Ginger Root, 2 tbsp finely chopped
Soba noodles, optional, not included in calories
Directions
1. Cook broccoli in boiling water until crisp-tender, about 2 minutes. Remove broccoli from water and set aside.
2. Cut beef into small slices. Cook beef a few pieces at a time until lightly browned. Set aside.
3. In a small bowl, or food processor, mix hoisin sauce, lime juice, chili sauce, ginger, and cornstarch until smooth.
4. Cook bell pepper and onions in skillet until fragrant. Add mushrooms, cover and cook until mushrooms soft, about five minutes. Add hoisin sauce to vegetables and cook until sauce simmers. Then add beef and broccoli. Stir frequently until all ingredients are hot.
Cooking will take about 30 minutes total.
