So I did some research on the foods that should be eaten daily. All of the ingredients are on it! The ingredients are definitely interchangeable. Ingredients

1 cup light vanilla soymilk
1 T flax seed meal
1/2 cup frozen, unsweetened blueberries
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 medium banana
1/2 t ground cinnamon
Directions
Add the oatmeal to a blender and blend until oatmeal is cut up a little bit. Add all the other ingredients and work the blender until desired consistency.
