Ingredients

    2 lbs Chicken Breasts
    1 Package McCormicks Chicken Taco Seasoning
    1 cup Salsa
    1/2 lb Frozen Corn
    1 can Black Beans
    1 cup Salsa
    2 cups White Rice, (uncooked)
    1 cup shredded Chedder Cheese

Tips

A great meal to cook in advance. Keeps well in both fridge and freezer.


Directions

Throw everything EXCEPT cheese and rice into the crock pot, and cook on low for 7-8 hours.

Shred chicken and drain off any liquid.

Cook rice.

Serve chicken over rice, topped with cheese.
