    1 lb of rockfish ( striped bass)
    1 sleeve crackers
    1 egg
    1 T olive oil
    2 T butter

Directions

Cook fish. Mix with crushed crackers, egg, and olive oil. Form into 5 patties. Lightly brown on each side.
