Ingredients

1/2 Rotisserie Chicken -shredded, no skin
1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
1 cup raw chopped carrots
1 stalk raw chopped celery
1 can reduced fat Cresent Rolls
1 tbsp cornstarch
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Boil carrots and celery until soft with whatever seasonings you like. Mix chicken with vegetables, 1 cup of the vegetable stock, can of cream of chicken, and cornstarch (mixed with a little water). Roll out crescent rolls to cover bottom of casserole dish. Pour mixture on top and bake for 17 minutes.
