Ingredients
1 stick of Can't believe is not butter spread
1 Cup evaporated milk, ( low fat )
2 Cups os Splenda Baking Blend
Dash of salt
1/4 Cup of baking cocoa, unsweetened
----Hold following for adding when firm ball stage is reached:
1 Cup of smooth peanut butter
1 t. of vanilla
Tips
** to check for firm ball stage, collect cold water in a cup, and drop small amount of mix into it, if it holds firm, it has reached it firm ball stage, usually takes about 15 minutes to reach this stage.
Directions
Mix below together in a pot, bring to a boil, continue cooking, stirring constantly.
Test for firm ball doneness
