Introduction

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Peel and remove pit of 1 large avocado or 2 small

    Chop tomato into chucks about 1/4 inch

    Chop entire scallion once clean and root removed

    With fork mash avocado then add tomato and scallion mix well.

    Add cumin (not seed) but ground, Olive oil, rice viniger fresh ground pepper, garlic powder and salt. (I do not use salt but my husband likes a little)

    Taste add more viniger or oil if necessary it depends on size of avocado used

Tips

I like the garlic flavored rice viniger you can also add cilantro if you wish but not needed

Serving Size: Serves 3 nicely Just keep doubling recipe for lrger amounts
