Ingredients

    3 tbls Butter
    2 1/4c Bisquick
    1 c Milk
    1 c Water
    4 chicken breasts (cubed)
    1 pkg of mixed vegetables (at least 12 oz)
    1 c Celery
    1/2c Onion
    1 bullion cube

Tips

I tend to use more Chicken and Vegetables, thats why I use a 9x13 pan. You may be able to use a smaller pan if you only use 1lb of chicken and 1 package of frozen mixed vegetables.


Directions

Melt butter.
Add 1/4 c Bisquick.
Mix until smooth.
Add Milk, Water, bullion cube. Stir til smooth.
Add rest of ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Turn down to simmer for 10 min.
Pour mixture into 9x13 pan.
Mix 2 c Bisquick with 1/2c water/milk
then pour over chicken/veggie mixture.
Put in over for 15 - 20 min or until top is golden brown.
