400g Strawberries (halved)
1 lemon (juiced)
To make homemade refrigerator jam, boil the sauce until the juice begins to thicking and coat the back of a spoon. Pour into a glass container and chill overnight - the jam will be thick but a bit runny. Substitute any berry for seasonal/local jams. Wild blueberries or raspberries work well. Adjust sugar content to taste and amount of berries.
