Ingredients

    100g plain flour
    pinch salt
    1 medium egg
    150 ml 1 % milk
    150 ml water

    sugar 1 tsp per pancake
    lemon juice 1 tsp per pancake
    1/2 tsp olive oil per pancake for frying

    makes 8 pancakes

Directions

Mix flour and salt in bowl. Make a hollow in the centre and add the egg. Stir wit an wooden spoon and gradually add liquid until all the flour is mixed in..

Fry oil in pan and add approx 3tbsp of mixture per pancake to pan. Serve with lemon juice and sugar.
