Ingredients

    Chicken--combination of breast and thigh boneless is best but whatever you have works--up to 4 chicken breasts worth (20 oz)
    One 14 oz can of chopped tomatoes (seasoned is fine)
    One can of pasta sauce, low cal is best
    Chopped onions and green peppers--a cup of each
    Chopped jalopenos (to taste and optional)
    o.25 cup of chipotle salsa (optional)
    Oregano, crushed garlic or garlic powder, celery salt to taste
    2 TBSP coconut oil or olive oil

Tips

Serve with quinoa, rice, pasta (calories not included in recipe)


Directions

Lay the chicken in the botom of the crockpot with the oil, throw everything else on top.
