Introduction
A little tedious but if you have the time and patience, it's totally worth it. I start prepping while I am making dinner and it's ready less than an hour later. Ingredients
-
1 6oz Fage 0%
100g frozen strawberries (softened slightly to be cut up for easier blending)
2 packets sweetener
Tips
I have done this with frozen peaches, bananas, blueberries, etc. Get creative! :)
Directions
1) Blend fage, sweetener, and strawberries together with a hand blender or cuisinart (soften and dice berries for easiest mixing)
2) Move container to freezer and place a knife/spoon into it that you will use to stir.
3) Stir every 10-15 minutes, making sure to scrape ice crystalization from sides and mixing very well. It'll thicken every time. Repeat about 1 hour, or until it reaches desired consistency!
