Number of Servings: 24


    1 cup Coconut Flour
    3/4 c. unsweetened Cocoa powder
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. salt

    9 large eggs
    3/4 cup melted coconut oil (or Gehee or butter)
    1 cup plus 2 Tbls. Maple Syrup
    3/4 cup brewed coffee
    1 1/2 Tbls. Vanilla Extract


Top with Coconut/Honey Frosting or Chocolate Gan ache.


Preheat Over to 350
1. Mix dry ingredients together.
2. Beet Eggs in a separate mixing bowl with beaters. Then add the rest of the wet ingredients to the eggs.
3. Stir into the flour mixture.
4. Grease cake pans then line with parchment paper, or assemble your cupcake liners in muffin tins.
5. For the cakes - Bake for 30 minutes
6. For the cupcakes - Bake for 20 minutes

Serving Size: makes 2, 9 inch round cakes OR 24 cupcakes
