Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    Rice flour, white, 1 cup
    Baking Soda, 1/2 tsp
    Salt, 1/2 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 2 medium
    Banana, riped mashed, 2 medium
    Honey, 1/2 cup
    Apple Sauce, 1/6 cup
    Grapeseed Oil, 1/6 cup
    Walnuts, 1/4 cup shelled

Tips

You can use either rice flour or gluten free all-purpose
You can add some dark chocolate if you like!


Directions

Mix all the wet ingredients into a bowl
Stir this into dry ingredients

Bake in the oven for 50 minutes in 325 F or 160 C

Serving Size: Make a loaf. 12 servings.
