    1 Ole Extreme Wellness High Fiber Tortilla Wrap
    1/8 c. Kroger Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
    1 Egglands Best Large Egg
    1/8 c. Extra Lean Chopped Ham
    1 T Lactose Free Reduced Fat Milk


Make ahead a package of egg tortilla wraps, when cooled, seal in zip lock baggies and freeze. I throw all the individual bags into one large freezer bag for double protection.


In a hot skillet, Heat tortilla in skillet for a few seconds, flip over and hit the other side.
Whip egg and milk together, add ham, place skillet on Med heat and scramble.
Add the scrambled egg mixture to a tortilla, add cheese and wrap like a burrito.
