Introduction
This is my take on Dukan Oat bran Muffins. I am not allowed to follow the Dukan completely but these I thought were good. I have another version that I make with wheat bran. Ingredients

1/2 cup oat bran
4 egg whites
6 tbsp. fage nonfat greek yogurt
4 tsp. cocoa powder
2 tbsp. hershey sugar free chocolate syrup
1 1/4 cups stevia(hubby likes them sweet)
1/2 tsp. hain baking powder
1/2 tsp. clabber girl baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Tips
I like the taste and texture of these, they were just a little more moist than a regular muffin.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Line two muffin tins with paper liners. You will need 9. Spray with nonstick spray.
Mix dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls. Mix wet into dry and mix until well blended. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.
Bake for 20 minutes, start checking around 17 minutes. when a toothpick comes out clean they are done.
Serving Size: Makes 9 regular size muffins.
