Ingredients

    3/4 c. (6 oz) nonfat yogurt - calculated with greek
    1/4 c. light coconut milk
    3 Tbsp. nonfat milk powder (not in calculation)
    8 strawberries, fresh or frozen
    1 Tbsp. flaxseed meal (ground)
    1 Tbsp. peanut butter, natural preferred
    2 tsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract flavoring
    4 ice cubes

Tips

Can add flavorings of 1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder, and/or 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon -- not included in nutrition calculation.


Directions

Combine in blender, blend until frothy.
