    16 oz of Silk Very Vanilla Soy Milk
    1 cup of assorted frozen fruit
    1 6oz container of lemon greek yogurt
    2 FRESH basil leaves
    1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds (Redmil or Aztec, etc)
