Introduction

Ingredients

    One large can of Libby's 100% pure pumpkin (7 - 1/2 c servings)
    18oz of 1/3 less fat cream cheese
    3 tbs pumpkin pie spice
    1c packed brown sugar

Tips

Calories do not include your choice of dipper. I prefer apples or low fat, chocolate, or cinnamon graham crackers. I make such a large batch because i take it to share with friends. You could totally halve the recipe. I'm not sure how it would freeze but I should try it!

If you love sweet things then you may need to increase the amount of brown sugar which will also increase the calories. I always suggest increasing the spices first to see if the extra zing is enough to satisfy you.


Directions

place all ingredients in mixer and mix well
place in covered container and chill. I like to put mine into little 1/4 cup serving containers!
