Ingredients

    1/2 lb (8 ozs.) ground turkey
    1 (8 oz) can (1c.) tomato sauce
    2 c. water
    1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 can tomatoes or stewed tomatoes
    1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables or frozen soup vegetables
    1 tsp. Sugar

Directions

In Dutch oven or large heavy saucepan, lightly brown the ground turkey, drain off excess fat. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, frozen vegetables, onion soup mixd and sugar; bring to boiling. Reduce heat; cover simmer 20 minutes. Makes 6 - 1 1/2 servings.
