Ingredients

    1/2 lb ground turkey
    1/2 lb ground extra lean beef
    1/4 cup season bread crumbs (no salt)
    1/2 tsp worchestershire sauce
    splash of hot sauce
    pepper/garlic&onion powder to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Cook at 350 for one hour
