Ingredients

    2 Large Eggs
    2 Cans of 6oz boneless, skinless pink salmon
    1/2 cup of Bread Crumbs
    4 TBSP Kraft Miracle Whip Light
    1/2 cup of chopped onions
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1 TBSP dried parsley
    1-2 TBSP Olive Oil

Tips

This is a doubled recipe. To make this using only one can of salmon cut all of the ingredient amounts in half.


Directions

Heat Olive Oil in pan. Combine all ingredients and form patties. Place patties in heated olive oil in pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Serving Size: Makes 7-8 Patties
