Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
*Blackberries (unsweetened), Giant Eagle frozen, 0.50 cup
*McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Water, tap, 1 ice cube (3/4 fl oz)

Tips

add 2 frozen berries to top

~Enjoy

Directions

Cut up 2 bananas in slices-freeze on plate

In blender put slices of bananas (once frozen) -blend up
You can add the ice cube here (if you use water wait)

Blend in blackberries

Add pure vanilla

(if using water instead of ice cube-you can now add water slowly until smooth-don't add too much it will make it melt too fast-that is why ice cube crushed is better to blend up)

Scoop 3 scoops per bowl (makes 3 bowls)

*the longest part is waiting for the bananas to freeze*
