Ingredients

    Boboli 12" 100% Whole Wheat Thin Pizza Crust
    Garlic 6 cloves
    Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese .5 cup
    Sun Dried Tomatoes .5 cup
    Basil 2 tsp
    Thyme 1 tsp

Tips

If using dry-packed sun-dried tomatoes...they must be reconstituted before use. Place in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Soak until the tomatoes are soft and pliable, about 5 minutes...then drain.


Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly coat a 12" round pizza pan with cooking spray.

Place crust on pan. Arange garlic, cheese and tomatoes on top of the crust. Sprinkle with basil and thyme.

Bake on the lowest oven rack until the pizza turns brown and the toppings are hot, about 20 minutes.
