Ingredients

12 oz white potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
12 oz sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
2 oz rutabaga, peeled and sliced thin
2/3 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
2 cups low-fat sour cream
1 cup fat-free half and half
1 tbsp chia powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Spray a gratin or casserole pan with cooking spray. Layer 1/2 the sweet potatoe slices, then half the rutabaga slices, then half the white potato slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and then 1/2 shredded Gruyere cheese. Repeat layering process.
Mix all remaining ingredients and pour into pan so that potatoes are submerged.
Cover with foil and bake for about 1/2 hour. Remove foil and bake for another 30-45 minutes or until top is browned and potatoes are tender when pierced with fork.
