    1 lb. ground meat
    1 cup diced onion
    1 pkt taco seasoning
    16 oz can tomatoes
    2 cups cooked rice


brown meat and drain. Combine meat, onion, taco seasoning packet, cooked rice and tomatoes in a saucepan. Simmer until thick - about 30 minutes.

  • I used this 2 ways: as a casserole, topped with some cheddar cheese and/or as a filling on a flour tortilla. You can add sour cream and lettuce to make a great tasting/filling burrito.
