Introduction

Reducing the agave and adding 2 packets a stevia helps lower sugar and carbs are greatly reduced!Go ahead and recommence in a childhood favorite ( or at least mine) and still stick to your weight plan! Ingredients

2 tablespoons agave
3.5 cups crisp rice cereal
1 cup peanut butter (either organic sugar sweetened or no sugar added variety)
1-3 packets stevia (otional)
1 cup vegan chocolate chips (Trader Joe's or Wholefoods)
Tips
For even lower calories drop the the chocolate. Also, try other nut butters or add coconut, even dates!
Directions
No need to cook just blend the peanut butter, agave, and stevia together add cereal mix and chill for at least 30 minutes.
Heat chocolate in heat safe bowl over hot water, you can of course use microwave (30 seconds at a time until smooth like pudding, mixing after each 30 seconds in).
