Ingredients

1/2 c. Honey
1 tsp. baking powder
3 c. flour
1 c. cold butter
1 large egg
2 cups blackberries
1 cup raspberries
1 cup strawberries
4 tsp. cornstarch
Tips
If your not worried about sugar, you can add 1c. sugar instead of honey and mix it into the flour mixture. Add 1/2 c. sugar to berries also if you want it sweeter.
Directions
Preheat oven to 375*. Grease a 9x13 pan or 10x10 pan. In a medium bowl mix flour and baking powder. In a small bowl blend honey into cold butter and egg mixture. Use a fork or pastry cutter to blend the butter mix into the flour mix until it crumbs. Pat 1/2 the mixture into the bottom of your prepared pan.
Mix berries into another bowl and add the cornstarch. mix well. Spread berry mix onto crust in pan. Crumble rest of the butter/ flour mix over the top of the berries. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until top is brown and crispy. Cool completely before serving.
