Introduction

These are wonderful! I've been looking for a recipe to help curb my sweet tooth without going overboard on calories or carbs. You can tailor these to all the members of the family by adding a couple of chocolate chips, nuts, berries, craisins, or raisins to the top. The nutritional info is without the optional ingredients.
