Ingredients

    0.5 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese
    1.0 tbsp Basil
    2.0 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (peeled)
    2.0 cloves Garlic
    0.35 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    0.25 cup Parsley
    2.0 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
    2.0 tbs Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
    3.0 oz Kalamata, Green Olives, pitted
    4.0 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value)

Directions

Clean, chop and mix all ingredients together. Best if chilled for a couple of hours to let the flavors marinate. Serving Size: Make 6 3/4-cup servings
