Ingredients

    Half a normal size avocado.
    Sasla (or fresh pico de gallo)
    Bread Crumbs (more or less as you like)
    Don't forget spices: salt, pepper, garlic, etc...!
    Shredded Cheese (just what I have in the fridge)
    Sour Cream (just a dollop!)

Tips

You can also remove/add lower calorie/fat ingredients! Experiment and Enjoy!


Directions

Half a normal size avocado and remove seed. (plant on your windowseal!)
Mix together salsa, seasonings, bread crumbs and cheese.
Add mixture to inside of avocado.
Bake at 450 for approx. 5 minutes.
Remove from over and add a dollop!
Enjoy!
