1 tbsp black ground pepper
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp italian seasoning

Heat oil in cast iron skillet to medium heat.
Brown pork chops on each side (about 4 minutes each side)
Cover, Turn off heat, let sit for 8-10 minutes.
