Ingredients

    2 Pork Chops
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 tbsp black ground pepper
    1/2 tbsp salt
    1 tbsp italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp mustard seed

Directions

Coat the pork chops in the seasonings, salt & pepper/.
Let sit for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in cast iron skillet to medium heat.
Brown pork chops on each side (about 4 minutes each side)
Cover, Turn off heat, let sit for 8-10 minutes.
