    Minute Rice, 4 cup
Ground beef, extra lean, 32 oz (2 pounds)
Green Bell Pepper, 1 large raw
    Red Bell Pepper, 1 large
whole onion, raw (3 to 4 onions)
Celery, raw, 6 stalks (the center or core is most flavorful
Hunt's roasted garlic tomato sauce, 2 large cans (each can 680 mL)
Stewed Tomatoes, 1 large tin (796 mL)

Put the lean burger into a large roaster and roast in the oven. Liberally sprinkle seasonings over the meat such as Mrs. Dash, garlic powder and pepper. Start it off at 400 degrees Celsius.

While the burger is roasting dice up the onions, peppers and celery and add to the meat. Lower the heat to 375 degrees.

Cook the Minute Rice. Once the meat is browned add the cooked rice, the tins of tomato sauce and stewed tomatoes. Rinse each can out with water. Stir this into your mixture then roast for an hour or until the excess water is absorbed and the flavors are blended.
